Henkel Bonderite C-NE L-65-S2 (was Liquipol L65-S2) is a liquid solution providing cleaning and corrosion protection for in-line processing of parts. It is a nitrite free, blend of nonionic detergents in an aqueous solution, designed to replace alkali and emulsion cleaners in single or multi stage power washers. Bonderite C-NE L-65-S2 is simply dispersed in water and is stable, no powder dissolution problems or emulsion stability problems will be encountered with this material. Oils are removed from solution surfaces by weir-off or oil separation means. Bonderite C-NE L-65-S2 eliminates alkali stains on finished products, as well as oil films from emulsion products. Concentration control is by a simple titration.
